Additional information: Our defamation solicitors removed 2 threads from this website. In this project our social media and internet lawyers acted for a large international property investment company. Our client become the subject of hundreds of defamatory forum comments which were largely posted by disgruntled investors. It all started as a regular forum which included legitimate advice and opinion about the financial viability of the investment offered by our client.

However, very soon after the forum appeared to have been taken over by a small number of investors who felt that in absence of an appropriate legal challenge by our client they could keep going on writing and posting defamatory comments about it. Only after the defamatory forum started to appear high on Google searches with dire consequences to our client's business activities, did our client realised that they must take action to remove the defamatory comments from Tycoon System or the previously very successful business could collapse.
