Additional information: Our solicitors removed from the Law Society Gazette user comments which were posted in response to an editorial article. The defamatory comments referred to our client, a Kent lawyer and attributed to her poor customer service. Some of the comments that our lawyers removed referred to an investigation by the SRA of our client, even though that investigation never resulted in disciplinary action against her. We made representations to the editors that publishing facts about an investigation which resulted in nothing was defamatory of our client.
