Additional information: Our defamation solicitors removed 6 posts from this website. Under a right to be forgotten. In this project our social media lawyers removed from UK and European Google search results references to defamatory posts to our client on the American website. Links to the defamatory web pages were removed following representations by our social media lawyers to Google that they breached our client's human rights and UK data protection laws. This was an appeal after our client's own attempt to require Google to remove links to the defamatory web page under the Right to Be Forgotten, using Google own standard form failed.
