Additional information: Our solicitors successfully facilitated the deletion of a defamatory reviews published on Yelp.co.uk on behalf of our client, an estate agency who operates nationally. The fake review on Yelp had caused substantial loss of revenue to one particular branch of our client's business. Yelp agreed to delete the defamatory review shortly after our defamation solicitors initiated legal proceedings for defamation against the USA based firm.
